I have the SN and got the code 5 digit Honda work, but isn't. Ive called several times and still Honda giving me the same code and I keep getting a message to err on the radio. I have the right sn. Any suggestions why the code isn't working. I have a 2004 Honda Oddyssy. with res.

a question, have you tried to restore the original before it got from Mercedes? If so, you can have cold. You can check the two fuses on the radio and the fuse box ..
