My honda 2001 model car makes noise at engine even i do regular maintainace what may be the problem?

and when i am driving above 40mph it wont make nosie but when i drive less speed like 15 -25mph it makes noise....

Make sure the fan and the belts are not hitting anything under the hood. Also check the belt tensioner, sometimes they will make a squeaking or squealing noise. If you want to fix any of these just let the motor idle and spray a small amount of WD-40 on the belt and on the tensioner behind the pulley. May be this will take care of your problem. Also if you have a clutch fan, it might be going bad.
