2009 Honda Civic: A stylish artist

The Honda Civic has been Redesigned for 2009 for performance, technology and style. The Civic has earned a reputation for its agile handling, refined and attractive cabin experience driving, led by high-end features and luxurious amenities. The buyers, who pay more for a Honda Civic compared to a Cobalt or Corolla to obtain the real value of money in a Honda that was a best-selling vehicle in the country in May.

The Honda Civic 2009 is equipped with a smooth 140-horsepower 1.8-liter i-VTEC 4-cylinder pairs with either a 5-speed or 5-speed automatic transmission manual, which powers most trim levels. The Civic GX, which uses a 113-hp 1.8-liter 4-cylinder engine that runs on CNG available in the states of California and New York. The Civic qualifies as an Ultra-Low Emission Vehicle.

The 2009 Honda Civic gets new exterior styling, which includes a new front grille style, short hood and a windshield tilted back giving the car its elegant look distinguished. The cabin of the 2009 Civic has a premium feel about it; instrument panel fit and finish is good, and the cockpit displays, well appointed two-tone interior, one of two levels, a flat rear floor, tachometer, power windows, storage tanks, and a 12-volt outlet. Higher levels of adjustment function leather upholstery, heated front seats, leather-wrapped steering wheel and mirrors heated. Technological improvements include the new USB audio interface on the EX and EX-L, and also optional Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System with Voice Recognition and Bluetooth Hands-Free Link. The Civic sedan offers a 12-cubic-foot trunk, while the coupe offers 11.5 cubic feet of cargo space. Base models come with a seat folded back to make room for long pieces of cargo. Superior ornaments get a 60/40 split folding rear seat that extends a flat load floor.

Team security standard offered in the Honda Civic 2009 include active head restraints, dual-stage dual-threshold airbags for front, front side airbags with passenger position side occupant detection system, side curtain airbags, ABS with electronic brake distribution, front seatbelts 3 point, a monitor tire pressure, Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children, theft deterrent system, help the stability of the vehicle (EX-L), and structure of the Advanced Compatibility Engineering body.
