Im debating purchasing a cheap Chinese motor scooter 125-150cc, any suggestion's on a decent dealer?
Must be 125 to 150cc, Buddy 125, Yamaha Vino, or Honda Ruckus; look-alike preferred.
I have heard so many bad review's, any good ones out there?
