2002 V6 Honda Accord, are aftermarket performance parts worth it?

I'm thinking about new plugs, wires, cold air intake, chip, alluminum pulley, and things of that nature. The car has 99,000 miles.

If you happen to take your car to a dealership for repairs, beware with upgrading parts. I worked at a honda dealership and there were times were we would not touch modified cars. But some good upgrades are Cold air intake, header, exhaust. Start on them 3 items and you will see some gain in horsepower. Plugs and wires, you wont really see much of a gain from them. Unless you decide to upgrade the coil pack to. In other words, get a better spark in the motor. Also you can upgrade the intake system, go with a larger throttle body and intake manifold. That way you have more air going in, more spark, and more air going out.
