how to fix my 91 honda accord car radio signal?

Hey maybe someone can help me out what can be the problem. When I drive around my car stereo signal gets bad. I just put a new intena on the car and it still the same. When the car is in park it sounds okay but only when I travel the signal breaks up. Does anyone have any ideas what this problem can be?

If your radio wasn't grounded, it wouldn't come on.....

Only thing I can suggest is a power audio filter (inductive type). It wires between the radio and power source (fuse panel).
