Used Honda Odyssey touring or NEW Hyundai Entourage?

Which one should I buy (assuming the same price) and why? Thanks for your input.

"It is probably 300lbs lighter than the Hyundai, and working with a superior V6 its mpg return is much better." - Bryan C

Actually, the Entourage is about 200 lbs lighter then the Odyssey. Plus, the Honda's engine has 9 less horsepower and 11 less foot pounds of torque. MPG rating aren't that much different either. 16 city 23 highway for the Hyundai, 17 - 25 for the Honda.
So much for the Honda being "superior".

The Ody is a great, proven van but the concern I would have would be how much of the warranty is left. If it's not a "certified" Honda it only has a 5 yr 60,000 mile powertrain (engine and transmission) warranty. Hyundai has 10 yrs 100,000 miles.

A big plus for the Entourage as well is that it's IIHS top safety pick.

Both are good picks but if they are the same price I would pick new over used.
