I have a 99 Honda Odyssey EX with 133K miles and the transmission makes a thud when upshifting from D1 to D2.?

During the upward shift, tachometer 2K RPM speeds on like 4K RPM in neutral or park about 1 second and then goes into D2 (while the truck is accelarating). The same happens when changes up to D3, but not very noticeable D4. Is it worth getting a used low mileage transmission or is it repairable? What makes the repair manual means when it says "burning"? Thank you.

would be a cheap attempt to empty the transmission fluid and the fluid use factory Honda. I have a sling that does not move well with non-honda fluid.
