Is it advisable to buy a car with a history of rental fleet?

I'm looking at a '07 Honda Odyssey and carfax said that sold at auction, and has a fleet of rental history. I guess it was a company vehicle of some sort, is that a bad thing?

I do not would be afraid of a car. If there was an accident, the fleet manager would undoubtedly have had to report / record the incident. Most likely the car used as needed and not run ragged every day.
