Car Sound System in winter?

I live in Wisconsin, temperatures drop below 0 degrees F in winter. I just bought all the things I need for a sound system (deck, amp, sub, box, speakers, Bluetooth, ect wire kit. basically everything.) I have not installed any of that, however, everything is sitting in my house. I have the money to install all this month, but my computer be damaged in these low temperatures? (My car is inside, outside the park i). I have a 2000 honda accord ex 5 speed with 2 mtx 7500 12 "subwoofers in a ported box powered by a MTX amp 8502. Alpine head unit and speakers type s works with 2 batteries in the second of which I have not decided yet. If the cold weather affect my system I will just wait to put it on when it gets warmer. Thank you.
