Auto Repossession?
They simply can not afford to pay my 2006-Honda Civic. I think 2 months ago and volunteers recover the car. I called American Honda Finance Corp. and they told me that when I decide I have to call them to let them know I want to do, then they will contact the dealer where I bought the car, and then I can go to sign some papers. This does not mean I can take me to court to pay the negative equity? What if I do next to bad credit for 7 years? My balance is 19,800 Any other suggestions??? Help !!!!!!!!!
A recovery voluntary is the same as a non-voluntary. take the consequences like any other repos. The only difference is that it is sending the repo man to get the car. It sell the vehicle at auction. You are responsible for more money owed on the car.
