Whats the best intake to get for my 2009 honda civic lx-s?

Whats the best intake (short ram or cold air) to get for my 2009 honda civic lx-s? also, how much hp will it add? and what does a reflash do?

The one it already has. The stock intake is a cold air intake, and does just fine. Buying a shiny aftermarket one, is just getting a shiny pipe. Take it to a dyno, get it dyno tested before and after, and you'll realize very quickly that all your cash went away for nothing.
