spark plugs with oil and blue smoke?

2003 honda accord v6 with 95000 miles
light blue smoke when engine is revved. little bit of black burned oil on all spark plugs. compression test shows all cylinders are 150 psi plus or minus 2 psi. coolant looks clean so does oil? could it be pvc valve?

If the blue smoke is worse when you first cold start the engine in the mornings, then your valve seals are probably leaking oil down into the cylinders while the car is parked over night. If the crankcase was over pressurized, that will exacerbate oil burning problems, so make sure the PCV system is breathing correctly. If your not burning more than one quart of oil per 900 miles, I'd just keep driving and be happy.
Your due for a timing belt change at 105,000 miles I believe, and if the belt breaks, your interference engine will be damaged $$$. You should also change the water pump and timing belt idler and tensioner pulleys. Total cost at the dealer: $850
