Can a 1998 Honda Prelude driving a turbo?

I can not pay now, but I think that would be sweet to put a turbo in my preamble. I said if that motor cannot handle it and a lot of other stuff ..... Can you drive a turbo a Prelude?

none of these people know nothing ... H22 one isn't the best engine to drive, but if you only run 6 or TUNED 7PSI and then you will do well.
